Ok so the first day and I met most of my goals I plan on exercising right after this...
I used myfitnesspal app to check out my calories etc. wow for eating better I still ate 2223 calories hmm I think I must usually eat like 3000 or more gulp.
Here's what I ate:
Breakfast
Decaf coffee, soy creamer, a little sugar
Thomas bagel with earth balance and better then cream cheese
Lunch
Green smoothie
Kale, spiralina, Granny Smith apple, banana, blueberry, some vanilla
And a little later
Left over pasta with marinara and a lil daiya mozzerella
Apple cider
Dinner
Most of the vegan Amy's margarita pizza yikes
Oh and dessert a handful of chocolate chips ( vegan of course)
So I met my proposed goals yay no soda yay only one sweet treat and YAY green smoothie but I'm getting ideas for goals for next week lol
