DAY 2

I am hanging in there making my goals one day at a time. Of course it's only day 2 lol. Today I ate under 2000 calories. I only had one sweet. And I drank a delicious green smoothie. I also walked on the treadmill 1 mile (just like yesterday ;) I should be making my goal of losing at least 1 lb a week according to myfitnesspal

Here's the food log:
Breakfast
Oat meal with banana, flax meal, cinnamon and vanilla
Decaf coffee 1 tsp evaporated cane juice and soy creamer

Lunch
Left over ziti with marinara and daiya

Snack
Green smoothie

Dinner
1 remaining slice of margarita pizza, Thomas's bagel with earth balance and better than cream cheese, cider and brads kale chips

Dessert
Handful of choc chips
